In coaching, the person being coached is the expert who has the answers within himself or herself, “working with a coach allows a person to discover the answers”!

Real transformation doesn’t come from quick fixes, we have to “stop telling, stop trying to fix people & start listening & believing in others instead”!

The first qualification for helping others is to live a great life yourself .
